You need to simply set the device to allow the download and installation of unknown sources, and then find another App Store. Just follow these easy steps:
Step#1: Go to- Settings / Device / Allow Installation of Applications From Unknown Sources , on your Kindle Fire
Step#2: Find the alternate App Store. There are plenty of App Stores for you to choose once you are through with Step#1. They’re all available for the downloading and installing. Here are a few websites along with the installation procedures to make things easier for you.
4shared: Use the web browser on you Kindle Fire to navigate to the website 4shared.com. Search any app that you want to use. You may have to add .apk to your search item to bring up the appropriate android apk file. Click on the downloaded file from the pull-down bar and install.
Handango: A delightful offer available at handango.com, but unfortunately it can’t download APKs directly from the App Store to your Kindle Fire. You’ll have to browse the App Store and have the app URL emailed. You then click on the link in the e-mail and the APK downloads and installs.
OnlyAndroid: This App Store comes with a nice interface and plenty of apps. You can access it at onlyandroid.mobihand.com. However you need to create an account on the site, if you just want to download free apps. You can then surf unlimited apps and install on your Kindle Fire.
GetJar: A popular page among Kindle Fire users is GetJar. Simply select Web from your Kindle Fire and then browse to GetJar.com. This will then allow you to download the GetJar App, and once you download and launch it on your device, you’ll see apps for the Kindle Fire that you never knew existed.
